We're embracing the art of laziness down here.
One day seems to morph into another...then another. It's fine with me.
I am beginning to miss my children, although I probably wouldn't be spending much time with them if I were back home.
They seem to have their own lives.
No one warned me about that.
I've become slightly obsessed with burp cloths. You can find a tutorial HERE
I'm planning a craft show next Fall and I think I'll add these to my menu!
Notice the cow print?
I have quite a bit of material left after making TeacherGirl's class cow costumes.
I thought that project would never end...but it did, and I was sad.
I'm hoping one of my grandbabies will be a girl...I have accumulated quite a bit of pink fabric over the years.
After having two boys I was in a pink frenzy for years. I'd love to have a tiny girly-girl to sew for again.
I'd also love to have a sweet little boy...seems either way I'll be blessed.
For now my most frequent company is furry and bone-chewing. I don't mind.
Unconditional love is the best.
Be back soon...
My constant companion is furry and bone chewing too!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Susan and Bentley
...and he's the second cutest yorkie I've seen!
DeleteMy little Cooper has to be my first pick...he'd never forgive me!
Ah - bone-chewing friends. I know all about them and their unconditional love.
ReplyDeleteThey're our very best friends Weaver!!
DeleteYour blog has touched my heart. I enjoyed the read and the music. My nest is recently empty with two children away at college and the "re-feathering" has not begun just yet. Again - Thank you for sharing.
