I've tried other recipes throughout the years and this one is the best.
If you like soda bread you need not look any further...
Bake two loaves.
Believe me, you'll eat the first loaf before it's cooled!!

Delicious. The best bread I ever tasted was soda bread in a B and B we stayed in in Eire a few years ago.
