Mosaic Monday...Fish Tales!

BigDaddy always enjoyed fishing.
Unfortunately the fish always knew when he put his line in the water,
and they promptly swam far, far away.


We even tried deep sea fishing...once.
We did catch a sunburn and some nausea...but no fish.


We have a lake outside the house in Florida.
We see the fish jumping while we're eating breakfast...
and lunch...and dinner.
They jump, grin, and dive back in.


But the minute my man walks outside, fishing pole in hand...
the lake becomes as silent as a cold winter's night.


::sigh::


So, we were quite excited when we took a ride to Captiva Island
where the fish were more agreeable!


The "peeps" gathered together and cheered BigDaddy on...

Even the dolphins paid us a visit...

It was a good day.
