I'm bringing the decorations out, I'm watching Home Alone, I'm erasing all remnants of turkey decor, and I'm giving thanks....for another Christmas season.
The kids are coming over today. They think they'll be relaxing on my couch in post-Thanksgiving stupor, unbuttoning the top button of their jeans, complaining about how much they ate.....silly children.
There's work to be done! Boxes to carry up the stairs! Lights to wrap around very high branches! And let's not forget my "tree in every room" obsession.
Come on over kids...I promise to feed you first.
Even these two are frightened...and they should be.
