Just a quick recipe...
FROZEN GRASSHOPPER SQUARES

Ingredients:
28 Oreo cookies
1 and 1/2 quarts of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
Line a 13x9 pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
Crush 20 cookies, sprinkle crumbs onto bottom of pan.
Spread ice cream evenly over crumbs.
Top with Cool Whip and grated chocolate
Freeze 3 hours
Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
Let stand at room temp. to soften slightly.
Lift dessert from pan with foil handles, cut into 16 squares
Cut remaining Oreos in half and place on each square.
Yum
Anything with oreo cookies involved - you can count me in!
