It's a beautiful day...

...in the neighborhood!

I've found a computer!!
I've been a Mac girl for awhile and my brain isn't embracing the change.
I'll get it eventually.

My furry friends are adjusting nicely to the warm weather.
There's an awful lot of laziness going on, but none of us seem to mind too much.
Life is good without snow...especially that dirty Chicago snow that hangs around until April.
Yuck.

I've been attached to the sewing machine and the glue gun for the last few days..

I'm currently addicted to the rag wreaths that are all over blogland.
I made this first, and the "E" is hiding...I do know how to spell LOVE.

I'm also in a fabric rosette frenzy. If you're interested in joining my
addiction you can find some great tutorials HERE and HERE
I've combined both ideas and can't wait to finish this...

I'm finding all sorts of ways to incorporate the rosettes.
I think I may be a little too old to sport these gloves though.
I've made twelve pairs so far. Lots of time on my hands.
Just can't wait for my grandchildren!
(I'm hoping at least one of them is a girl!)

But this idea isn't working.

That's all for now...

Enjoy!
