Making a new friend helps...
And a Mom to fall back on is always a comfort...
TeacherGirl had a beautiful wedding shower today.
I took quite a few pictures but the thought of editing them seems a little daunting at the moment.
The day was full of friends and family, but the absence of Lisa put an ache in my heart.
I'm dropping in on her tomorrow...she seems to think my foot rubs are awesome...and I'm happy to oblige.
As I write this post I'm watching a beautiful sunset here in Chicago.
Thought I'd share it with you...it doesn't happen too often.
