A Healthy Smoothie Morning!

While watching my weight before Michael's wedding, this was my usual breakfast. I'm a bacon and eggs kinda girl, so I was pleasantly surprised that this smoothie carried me through to lunch time. On the days that I needed more I'd also have some multigrain toast (with butter). I can't give you precise quantities of the pictured ingredients because I don't have a clue. I'd just throw a handful of the frozen fruit in with all the other ingredients. If it was too thick, I added water or skim milk. (And I chopped up the apple before adding it...duh).

The Amazing Grass powder is wonderful, you have your veggie requirement before noon. I buy this on Amazon.
